2What is the cost of a HealthCONNECT™ membership?
HealthCONNECT™ membership is $8.99 per month.
3Does my membership renew automatically?
There is no action required to renew. As long as you are a member, you will be charged the monthly membership payment. There is no annual or renewal fee.
4When will my monthly payments begin?
Monthly payments will occur the first of each month. Your first monthly payment will be the month following the month you enroll, unless you’ve joined with your AAA Membership number or during a promotional period.
5How do I purchase a membership?
You can purchase a membership and set up an online by simply clicking the JOIN NOW button at the top of the page. If you need assistance during the enrollment process, or would prefer to enroll over the phone, call a Member Navigator at 888-350-6522.
6I am a AAA Member. Where do I enter my card number to take advantage of the savings?
During the enrollment process, you will be asked to enter your AAA membership number. Have your AAA card ready prior to enrolling.
7I have a promo code. Where do I enter it?
Once you click “purchase membership”, you will be taken to the checkout page. On that page you will enter the promo code you received in the promo code box.
8How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time by calling our Member Center at 888-350-6522. The cancellation will be effective immediately; however, you will retain access to the HealthCONNECT™ digital platform and Member Center through the end of the month.
9If I cancel my membership but decide I wanted to re-activate my membership can I do that?
Yes! If you cancel and decide to re-activate your membership, please contact our Member Navigators at 888-350-6522. They will be happy to get you re-connected to HealthCONNECT™. You can also log in to the HealthCONNECT™ site and you will be immediately prompted to click the “Reinstate Membership” button. Click the button, enter your credit card information on the payment screen and submit.
10Can I add family members to my membership?
Memberships are individual and personalized to the member. If family members would like to enroll and receive the benefits of HealthCONNECT™, they will need to enroll and receive their own personalized membership.
